Counselling Costs
Assessment Session – £25

This option is provided for those individuals that are unable to meet in person. The online counselling sessions will be via Zoom. This service is available to young people 10yrs and over and with a parent/carers permission if under the age of 16years.

A calm, relaxed, and tranquil safe space for counselling is available from my premises in Chillerton in the middle of the Isle of Wight. If you’d like to take the therapy outside, then the garden hosts a wealth of quiet relaxing spots to talk and reflect.
Please be aware that there are steps to the counselling space and the garden, so please advise if you have any specific access requirements.

This service is provided for those families that are unable to meet in person. The sessions are slightly longer than the individual sessions as there will be more of you. The online counselling sessions will be via Zoom.

A calm, relaxed, and tranquil safe space is available from my premises in Chillerton for in-person family counselling. The sessions are slightly longer than individual sessions as there will be more of you.
Please be aware that there are steps to the counselling space and the garden, so please advise if anyone in the family has any specific access requirements.
If your family would prefer for me to visit your home for the counselling session then this would be £55, and I would ask that the initial assessment is attended at my premises first.
Walk and Talk session (individual) – £50
Walk and Talk sessions for countryside lovers will be at Carisbrooke Castle walking around the moat and the surrounding fields. If you prefer the smell and sound of the sea, then we can walk along the beach or esplanade at Yaverland.
(Concessions will be considered for low income or financial difficulties)
If you are unable to attend your session for any reason, please provide me with 48 hours notice, you will not be charge for this session and we can just re-arrange our next session.
Unfortunately, any sessions cancelled within the 48 hours notice period will be charged at the full counselling session rate.
Counselling session fees need to be paid before the session to secure your counselling appointment with me.
Bank details will be provided when the counselling contract is sent out.
